I am so impressed with J.Crewapos;s customer service. Every person I�talk to, without fail, is practically tripping over themselves to make sure Iapos;m happy. Itapos;s unbelievable Iapos;m so used to having to yell at customer service people to get anywhere. I have talked to them close to 10 times over the past month trying to order a coat, so Iapos;ve had plenty of opportunities to get bad service, but it hasnapos;t happened. They are consistently awesome. The saga of this coat is quite annoying - a glitch in the inventory shows they have 50 of them but really they were out - and they were supposed to have them back in stock for real today. So, I called to order it, and in addition to free shipping and the 20 promotion they have right now, the woman gave me another 15 off AND said she is going to personally follow to order and call me if there are any problems. Oh yeah, she also gave me free overnight shipping. I didnapos;t ask for any of this So yeah, if this coat fits, Iapos;m going to get a $330 coat for $210. Pretty sweet deal.
